Shipping Information
Getting your items shipped ASAP is as important to us as it is to you. Unverified addresses and incomplete shipping information can delay shipping, so this is what we need to get your items speeding on their way:

Complete mailing address (Puerto Rico MUST include your Urbanization)
Daytime phone number
Valid e-mail address

If you are located in a rural area, please let us know, it will help us to choose the best shipping method to reach you in a timely manner at the lowest cost. Bank card purchases will ONLY ship to the confirmed billing address of your card. If you fill in a different address, it will cause delays as the information is verified.

If you have submitted all information correctly, we can ship in-stock items the same day if payment is received before 2PM Central time Tuesday thru Friday and Noon on Monday. Freight shipments must be paid for and booked before Noon Central time Tuesday thru Friday and 10AM on Monday.

Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping for items less than 3 pounds is the US Postal Service, while items 3-150 pounds will ship via UPS ground. Freight items larger than FedEx limits(130”, L+W+D) or 150 pounds will ship via truck freight carrier. Truck freight charges can be minimized by picking your item up at the terminal. Otherwise residential surcharges can apply based on the carrier and area (can be up to $165 per delivery in addition to the freight charges) Standard ground service can reach most destinations in the continental 48 within 5 business days, but it is not a date specific guaranteed service. Faster date guaranteed service like UPS Blue 2 day, UPS Orange (3 day), Overnight and Saturday delivery are also available. Please contact us for quotes on expedited service.

Shipping Terms
All items are FOB Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA. What this means is that once the items are transferred to the carrier, ownership transfers to you, so we are not liable for loss or damage once this transfer has taken place. All items we ship are insured and trackable so we will make every effort to help track down the item. If the item is lost or damaged the claims process can take some time (up to 60 days for US Postal). Once the damage/loss claim has been validated we can then replace the item.
